Parfois, c'est là, sous nos yeux, et on ne le voit pas. Des centaines de concerts, des albums, des kilomètres de tournée et surtout des millions de notes, piquées, tordues, ont fait de Pad Brapad un des groupes les plus solides de la scène balkanique française. « Strikes Again » creuse le sillon, comme une évidence : la musique prend corps et s'anime dans un univers nocturne, dense, grinçant et dansant.

Entre série B et film d'horreur, série Z et Comics, ce nouvel opus décliné en 12 épisodes nous narre les aventures de Pad Brapad - ce vampire errant, rejeté par les sectaires, s'abreuvant d'influences et de mauvaise gnôle.

En filigrane, les tribulations réelles ou fantasmées d'un groupe de musiciens voguant de Serbie en Turquie, sincères dans leur démarche, généreux dans leur approche. Rien de surprenant à ce que ces années d'efforts et de voyages accouchent d'un répertoire original, moderne et exigeant.
